Available for Long Island residents in non-certified settings displaying challenging behaviors in the home that require immediate emergency response. FREE’s trained crisis counselors respond 24/7 to provide crisis intervention to identify the needs of the individual/family, guidance and training for the caregiver, referrals for medical and clinical assessment, and follow-up services.
Available for Long Island residents in non-certified settings, as needed; proficiently trained staff members will visit the homes of individuals receiving services to provide opportunities for recreation and socialization.
At our three Crisis homes located in both Nassau and Suffolk, we provide crisis and clinical assessment services for adolescents and adults experiencing disruptive and maladaptive behavior, and/or family crisis.
