LYNDA FOLEY, LRESP

Lynda Foley is the Senior Vice President of Housing Services for the FREE Network. Lynda has responsibility of our Behavioral Health residential programs and supports the housing team with training, policies and strategic planning. Lynda has been an integral part of FREE’s growth for over 35 years, and has established a solid reputation in the field of health and human services. Lynda began her illustrious career with FREE in 1988 as a valued team member in the Behavioral Health division where she worked as a Direct Support Professional. From there she assumed increasingly responsible positions in administration and management catapulting her into leadership roles including Vice President for the Community Living Services and Opportunities division, Senior Vice President of Development and Mission Advancement, and Senior Vice President of Quality Improvement, Compliance, and Incident and Investigatory Services. Lynda takes over the reins of these departments at a pivotal time in the agency’s evolution as it moves towards the delivery of person-centered services that ensure optimal quality for the people we support.
