With over three decades of dedicated service, Kelly Byrne brings years of experience to her role as Vice President of Day Services at the FREE Network. Kelly began her career as a Habilitation Specialist in Day Services, later spending 10 years in the Housing Division before returning to play a pivotal role in Day Services. Her extensive knowledge of the OPWDD system, combined with firsthand experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence, has made her the organization’s trusted expert and “go-to” leader in the field.
Throughout her tenure, Kelly has guided programs through complex challenges—while fostering innovation, operational excellence, and strong leadership. She has mentored and coached numerous managers, equipping them with the skills and confidence to become future leaders within the organization.
In her current role, Kelly oversees the entire Day Services Department, including Site-Based Programs, Specialized Programs, Program Without Walls, Supplemental Day Programs, and new program development. Her leadership continues to shape the future of services that empower individuals and enrich communities.
