Matt brings lived experience as a self-advocate and has worked extensively to improve systems for individuals with I/DD through direct engagement with policymakers and key stakeholders.

Principal Consultant at Data Potato LLC, past-founder of an electronic records company, with over 20 years of experience in AI, data-driven solutions, HCBS policy, and person-centered supports. Doug is working on his Doctor of Public Health at Johns Hopkins.
