Stefanie Avery joined the FREE Network in 2021, bringing over a decade of experience in human services. As Vice President of Behavioral Health Housing, she oversees a range of housing programs across multiple New York regions. Stefanie is known for her strategic leadership, operational excellence, and commitment to person-centered care. She holds a BBA from SUNY Empire State College and leads with a philosophy grounded in transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement to support the organization’s evolving mission.
