Due to our large size, consisting of over 2500 employees, spread from Manhattan all the way to the North Fork of Long Island, twice a year, FREE holds “Forums” so that Valued Team Members have the opportunity to be up-to-date on all of the new developments across the agency.
At the forums, our CEO and President both address the audience, and representatives from all facets of the agency give updates about fun and exciting, new programs, and any changes that could affect our Valued Team Members.  Engagement is the key to retention, and FREE’s administrators place a premium on hiring people with potential, providing top quality training and recognizing individuals who can work within the FREE team, and keeping them happily employed is a top priority. Therefore, these biannual Forums play an important role in affording all employees the opportunity to feel as informed and engaged as possible, and also to be able to ask questions and ensure their voices are heard.
