From Route 347
Take Route 347 West to Old Willets Path and make a left. At the second light, make a right onto Oser Avenue. Make your first left onto Plant Avenue, we are on the corner of Plant and Oser, #120.

From LIE:
Going East:
Take Long Island Expressway to Exit 55. Go up the service road to the first traffic light. This is Motor Parkway, make a left. Continue down Motor Parkway three traffic lights to Kennedy Drive. Make a right turn onto Kennedy Drive. Continue down Kennedy Drive until you come to your first right hand turn. This is Plant Avenue, make a right turn. Take Plant Avenue to the end. Family Wellness Center is the last building on the left-hand side. (On the corner of Plant Avenue and Oser Avenue)

Going West:
