Traumatic Brain Injury Services
FREE’s Community and Family Support Services provide assistance to individuals who have brain injuries, resulting in functional disabilities and/or psychological impairments that adversely affects an individual's performance. The Service Coordinator advocates on behalf of the individual to ensure all necessary services are accessed as needed.

I am writing this to give my testimonial regarding your service coordination for my daughter, N. In a word, it is outstanding.

It’s a difficult realization to accept that one’s child is disabled and will always require supports. Navigating the system is not easy. You made the process tolerable and gave us hope that there will be a positive future.

We would have been lost in the maze of tasks to do if it were not for your guidance and support. You have been completely accessible, generous with your time, and knowledgeable about services. More importantly, you earned N’s trust and maintained her dignity in the manner with which you relate to her; this means the world to our family.

Very truly yours,
Gloria S
