Wainscott Charter School Looks to Expand and Increase Enrollment
The Child Development Center of the Hamptons (CDCH) will be holding Open Houses for prospective families looking to enroll their children in Kindergarten to fifth grade on Monday, March 9, at 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, March 14 at 10:00 a.m. The Open Houses will allow prospective families to tour the school, meet with faculty and staff, and see first-hand the state of the art facilities and technology offered by CDCH.
The CDCH Charter School provides an integrated instructional program for both general education, special education and gifted students to learn together. Classrooms include a collaborative co-teaching model with two certified teachers. The CDCH Charter School provides support and related services to both general and special education students including counseling, occupational and physical therapy, speech therapy, social skills, and ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis), with an emphasis on Character Education and empathic practices.
