Community Living Services & Opportunities

Direct Support Professional- Requires a High School Diploma or its equivalent and Valid NYS Driver’s License. Full time, Part Time and Relief available

Residential Management- Experience with our population a must. Knowledge of OPWDD Regulations a plus. BA preferred. Full Time Position

Registered Nurse- Per Diem; OPWDD Experience a plus

Family Wellness Center- (Hauppauge)

Billing Coordinator- Monday through Friday 9a-5p. Full Time Position

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner- Consultant for 5 hrs per week

Psychologist- Consultant for 5-10 hours per week.

GYN Nurse Practitioner- 5-6 hours, 2-3 times a month

Psychology

ABS- Masters required- Full Time Position (Temporary Position)

Day Services

Habilitation Specialist Assistant- Requires a High School Diploma or its equivalent and Valid NYS Driver’s License. Monday - Friday 8:00am- 3:30pm

Community Habilitation

Community Habilitation Specialist- Experience with population a plus. Valid NYS Driver’s License a must. Willingness to utilize your personal vehicle a must.

Registered Nurse- 40hr position; OPWDD experience a plus
